Brett Howland

Brett Howland is a highly experienced commercial property professional with more than 20 years’ experience across commercial property, project management and leasing.

Prior to joining RWC Sutherland Shire, Brett held senior national property and leasing roles with InvoCare, Bay Audio Australia, Metcash, Chatime, Flight Centre and Subway Development NSW & ACT. His career has spanned national retail leasing, tenant coordination, lease negotiations, project delivery, commercial property strategy and the management of diverse property portfolios.

Brett brings a practical and commercially focused approach to property management, with a strong understanding of both tenant operations and owner expectations. Having worked closely with national occupiers and landlords throughout his career, he understands the importance of clear communication, proactive management and protecting the long-term value of commercial assets.

Known for his calm approach, strong work ethic and professional manner, Brett is a valuable addition to the RWC Sutherland Shire team. As a Woolooware resident and former Cronulla Sharks representative, Brett also has a genuine connection to the Sutherland Shire and the local community.
